White Chocolate Slab with Turmeric & Tamari Almonds

INGREDIENTS
140g raw cacao butter, melted
3 Tbsp. coconut milk powder, sifted
1 tsp. vanilla paste
1 tsp. ground turmeric
1 tsp. cinnamon powder
Few grinds of black pepper (to activate the turmeric)
Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
1/8 tsp, liquid stevia or 1 tsp maple syrup to taste
2 Tbsp. Almond butter
120g tamari almonds, roughly chopped
METHOD
Create a double boiler & place your cacao butter in a bowl on top of the barely simmering water to gently melt. Remove from the heat & stir in your coconut milk powder, vanilla, turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, salt, stevia, almond butter & fold through the chopped tamari almonds. Line a small baking dish with baking paper & pour the mixture into the lined baking dish & spread out evenly, before freezing for 20-30 minutes. Cut into slabs of glorious irregular shapes & offer to your guests a white chocolate slab like never before!!
