This is an almost instant jam recipe…its utterly delish and sets in front of your eyes! Store in the fridge to and use to dip, dunk, smear and elevate your Keto sweet treats OR make these cute AZ popsicles!!
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
3 Tbsp. water
15g (1 Tbsp.) Chia seeds
1-2 cups of plain unsweetened yoghurt or coconut yoghurt (depending on the size of your moulds)
1 Tbsp. cinnamon powder
Simply heat the raspberries with water for a minute, gently mashing them so nice and pulpy!
Mix in the chia seeds….That’s it! Jam done..
Combine the yoghurt with the cinnamon powder and mix to combine!
Simple pop some chia jam into the bottom of popsicle moulds and fill to the top with yoghurt, then place in a stick, dust a little extra cinnamon on the bottoms for cuteness and freeze for at least 2 hours until solid. Enjoy!
