To pimp your everrrrrrthing!!! I love to make celery leaf salt with a number of different salts, but flaky whispers of Maldon is my favourite! Celery salt is delicious on buttery green beans, in soups, stews, savoury yoghurt, sprinkled over eggs, roast chook, bloody mary’s…You get the idea! This is a great way to use up your celery leaves too by making your own funky salt, which can be kept on the bench to season anything! Couldn’t more simple or rewarding using up your kitchen waste!
