Fried Halloumi sloshed in lime + caper vinaigrette!! = Sex on a Plate!
Foodies this is such an epic recipe to have up your sleeve for a fast, fabby  treat that SCREAMS Sunshine!! The bold flavours will transport you to a sunny beach location in a jiffy…Total flavourgasmic!!
  • Juice & zest of a lime
  • 1 heaped Tbsp. capers, drained..
  • 1 Tbsp. ACV or vinegar or choice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 heaped Tbsp. of your favee mustard
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander + dill roughly chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. EVOO
    + Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • Dressing: Mix all ingredients together to create a sharp, bold vinaigrette. Set aside while you fry your halloumi. Pat the cheese dry & slice into pieces, season w a touch of salt & black pepper then fry gently in a lil olive oil on each side to cook & caramelize the cheese…Serve up immediately, sloshed in the vinaigrette! Yum
