LOVE YOUR GUT! Nourish your body from the inside out, building a happy gut microbiome which will benefit your overall health & wellbeing!

  • 1 cup of coconut yoghurt

  • ¼ cup of nuts & seeds, such as chia, walnuts, almonds, sunflower & pumpkin seeds

  • ¼ cup of fresh berries

  • Edible flowers such as lawn daisies, dandelions or calendula

  • Optional: A coconut bowl for serving

  • Simply combine all the ingredients & gently fold together, serve immediately.
