I’m a bit obsessed with flavoured ice-cubes at the mo…try adding these citrusy sweet and sour frozen stones to your favourite whiskey, gin, vodka OR even just pure water for a sexy orange blossom perfume! Plus then you can eat them at the end! TIP: Don’t throw away any of your orange peels, you can preserve them in salt or infuse your booze or make fancy waters!

  • Simply using a sharp knife and clean board, slice cubes of your orange as neat and tidy as possible, then lay them on some grease proof paper in a single file and pop into the freezer to freeze for a couple of hours until rock solid. Enjoy
